Description
In this painting I have write Quranic verse "Wa 'ammaa bi niamati Rabbika fahaddis" Translation: "And proclaim the grace of your Lord." I took little inspiration from the movement and harmony of Arabic Scripts for writing like khat e diwani, Khat e diwani jeli and Riqa diwani. This cursive style developed during the reign of the early Ottoman Turks (16th century ). It was invented by Housam Roumi. It was labeled the Diwani script because it was used in the Ottoman diwan. If we see overall painting then writing style is classical. Painting medium is acrylic paints.
