Description
Calligraphy word, "An-Nafi" (Name #93) - "An-Nafi": An-Nafi, He who Benefits, is the One from whom comes forth good and benefit. Whether He act by means of angels, men, or inanimate things. Reference in Quran: I took little inspiration from the movement and harmony of Arabic Scripts for writing like khat e diwani, Khat e diwani jeli and Riqa diwani. This cursive style developed during the reign of the early Ottoman Turks (16th century ). It was invented by Housam Roumi. It was labeled the Diwani script because it was used in the Ottoman diwan. If we see overall painting then writing style is contemporary. And painting in bold strokes with motif placement.persian arabic motif is used in matched color pallet.
